On 8th January 2017 in this church, we had the joy of being part of a 4th generation christening on my mother’s side (all girls too!).
We chose to have the ceremony at 2pm so that we could invite our family and friends to an afternoon tea party. The Parochial Church Council (PCC) were very welcoming and happy to allow it to take place at this time. Everything in the church was ready, we decorated it as we wanted and provided song sheets for everyone.
The Christening Gown
The gown has a 100 year history and has been worn by four generations of the same family. It was bought from T.P. Hughes in Haverfordwest High Street.
